To get email reminders from Fab Occasion of your friends' birthdays:

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
2. Click the 'My reminders' tab.
3. Click the 'Add an Occasion ' option.
4. Enter your desired data i.e. names and dates of family and friends and click the SAVE button

You can change or delete a birthday reminder by following these instructions:

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password top left.
2. Click on the 'Reminder' tab.
3. If the 'My Reminders' page is not displayed, click on the 'My Reminders' tab option.
4. To change a reminder, click on the required event change the details in the fields provided and click save. To delete a reminder, click on the delete button.

Yes. The default is 1 days before. One can change this till one month.

1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
2. Click the 'My Reminders' tab.
3. Click the required event.
4. click on the remind me drop down box and choose how far in advance you would like to be reminded of this event and click the SAVE button.

If you have any junk mail filters set on your email you should include info@faboccasion.com as a 'safe' address. Also - as you may know, in very rare circumstances the internet or your ISP can 'lose' an email. There is also a possibility you may have registered the wrong email address with us so Faboccasion is sending you reminders to the wrong email address.
