Joining Existing Members Greeting Cards Reminders  
How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address by doing the following:
  1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your existing email address and password.
  2. Click the 'My Account' tab.
  3. Enter your new email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the SAVE button.
How do I change my registered name or birthday?
  1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
  2. Click the 'My Account' tab.
  3. On your 'My Profile' page EDIT the Personal Details.
  4. Change your name (and other options) and click the SAVE button.
How do I cancel my Faboccasion membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership please Contact Us and we will be happy to help you.
How Do I Request an Event?
  1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
  2. Click the 'My Reminder' tab.
  3. Click the 'Request an Occasion' menu on the left panel' tab.

In this section registered user can request their family and friends to provide them with important dates for events such as birthdays and anniversaries simply by checking the appropriate box

Click Open Contact List Button and choose the contacts from whom you would like to request events from and then click the request occasion button

Working Procedure: An email is then sent out through fab occasion to those recipients whom you chose and which includes the events you have requested from them. By the recipient entering the dates and clicking submit the events are added to your calendar/ reminders at faboccasion.com

If the recipient is not a member of faboccasion.com he/she has to register to make the service available

How Do I share an Event?
  1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
  2. Click the 'My Reminder' tab.
  3. Click the 'Share an Occasion' menu on the left panel' tab.

In this section you can share important event dates with family and friends who are also a member of this site. Simply by checking the boxes next to the events you would like to share and entering the email address of the recipients you wish to share the events with. Then click the share occasion button

Working Procedure: A mail is sent to your family and friends with the events you wanted to share with them. By checking the options and clicking submit the events are added to the recipients own calendar in faboccasion.com

If the recipient is not a member of faboccasion.com he/ she has to register to make the service available

How Do I Import Existing Address Book?
  1. If not already - click here to sign in, enter your email address and password.
  2. Click the 'My Account' tab.
  3. Click the 'Contact list ' menu on the left panel' tab.
  4. Click the 'import contacts ' menu on the left panel' tab.

This allows you to import Email Addresses of family and friends from his current Email Accounts e.g. hotmail, g mail, yahoo, etc by simply entering your username and password for those accounts.

After fetching the emails addresses from that email account you can simply check the necessary boxes for those contacts which you wish to add to your contact list for faboccasion.
